1. When did the Rugby Sevens first start in the Olympics and why?

Rugby sevens first started in 2016 before it was just Rugby union. Rugby has not been in the olympics since 1924.  They decided to have rugby back into the olympics in 2016.

2. What is different about rugby sevens to fifteens

There are 7 people on each team but in fifteens there are 15. The scrum has 3 players from each team. In fifteens there are 8 in the scrum from each team.  Each half is seven minutes. In fifteens each half is 40 minutes. Half time in sevens is 2 minutes long and in fifteens half time is 15 minutes.

3. How many countries/teams compete in The Olympic Rugby

Sevens?

There was 24 men's and women's teams competing in the olympic rugby sevens. In the men's tournaments,pool a has in it Fiji,Argentina,USA and brazil. Pool B has south africa, australia, france and spain. Pool C has in it NZ Great Britain, Kenya and Japan.

4. What country is the best sevens rugby olympic team for 2016, men and women?

For men's  rugby sevens Fiji came 1st and got a gold medal and for women's Australia won and got a gold medal. Great Britain came second in men's and got a silver and bronze it was South Africa.For women's NZ got the silver.  

I made a rugby sevens olympic board game in class at parkvale school. We made it for fun and for other people to play. This is how i made it.

You will need;

• Cardboard

This is how you play it;

• You need to find 3 more people to play with you
• You also need two dice ,the board, and 4 playing pieces
• To start the game you need to roll the dice how many numbers on the dice is how much spaces you go
• You can keep playing until you feel like stopping  

Reflection;

When I finished I felt proud of my work and of me. It was challenging thinking of what to write in each square on the board game. I used my persevering learning muscle.

P.E reflection for blind throw

I was a learner in my group. For the blind throw you had to try throw three bean bags into three different hula hoops. You had to put a cover over your eyes and try and get it into the hoop.

What I did well; What went well was the throwing because I was aiming my throw.

How I felt as a learner; The person that was teaching me was doing a good job because they taught us how to play.

What was challenging; It was hard not being able to see because I couldn't aim as well.

         Explanation of Rugby       

Rugby was introduced in the 18 century from the school of rugby in England.It was played with a ball and 70 players threw the ball around and thats how it all stared.

A oval ball is what you need to play rugby with.You need 15 players on each side and most of all you need a referee to referee the game. The size of the field is 100m long.You need to tackle the person on the other side only if they have the ball.

There are club teams and provincial teams.There are super competition teams from all over the world.Then you can also play for your country.

My dream is to become a professional player that travel the world playing rugby and also be an All black.

Before Reading Questions	How will they come up with a solution? A: They studied into all the ingredients to see what they could use out of it. Why were the kids so interested in the end result/chemical reaction? A: They were fascinated on what they created in the end.
During Reading Questions	How will the yeast work? A: When mixed warm water, the yeast can be combined with chemicals from the dishwasher liquid to make a foam like substance. Does the toothpaste work? A: The elephants say they love it in the end of the article. If they wanted to make more, would the same recipe work? A: No matter how much of the ingredients you use, it will still come out with the same result. Why was the yeast and water mixed for only 60 seconds? A: To make sure it was mixed good enough for the chemicals to do it's job.
After Reading Questions	Why was the class turned into a lab? A: All the students inside were doing some serious work with some chemicals and reactions. A: Did the students make a electric toothbrush? Did the dishwasher liquid help? A: Only a few bubbles appeared at the top, it also helped to make the fizz effect at the end.

Weeeeeeeeee! as I went down the hydroslide first. I stopped in the middle of the hydroslide and stood up. Ayden zoomed through my legs and Noah was coming down and  smash! I fell on my back.The line was short when we got out so we went off and on down the slide until Naoh said “let's go do some bombs in the 2 meter deep pool”.I popped a staple and then Harlem did one too but he smashed into me.
